Professional experience

Bruna Bailov Scaranello is an expert in the areas of Litigation and Consumer and Product Liability with special emphasis on business. She has experience in strategic litigation at the individual and collective levels, particularly in complex cases before the civil and administrative spheres, regarding civil, contractual, corporate, public, and consumer law, and civil liability.  

Bruna collaborates with the most important consumer protection and defense agencies at the national level (such as the Public Prosecutor’s Office, Consumer Defense and Protection (PROCON), and National Consumer Department (SENACON)) and is involved in administrative investigative and sanctioning procedures pertinent to large companies, including civil investigations, administrative procedures, and infraction notices.
