Denise Fincato has a PhD in Labor Law from Universidad Complutense de Madrid and PhD in Law from the University of Burgos (bove in Spain) and Master in Law (UNISINOS, Brazil). Specialist in Administration and Planning for Teachers (ULBRA, Brazil), in Distance Education programs (UNED / MADRID) and in Art Communication (UNISINOS).
She graduated in Law School of the Vale do Rio dos Sinos University (UNISINOS). Professor Researcher in the Graduate Program in Law (Master and Doctorate), Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul (PUC/RS).
Visiting Researcher at the Università degli Studi di Parma/IT. Author and co-author of several books and articles published in specialized magazines. Participant of several banks and supervisor of more than two hundred graduate projects.
Coordinator of large legal national and international events. A lawyer with outstanding experience in the labor area, also registered with the Portuguese Bar Association. She acts as an expert in labor matters, with current emphasis on the evaluation and corporate implementation of the possibilities arising from the Labor Reform. She has relevant action in defenses before Courts, Special Labor Conciliation Courts and Public Labor Ministry.
