Fábio Machado Baldissera has extensive experience advising national and foreign clients on real estate transactions and real estate issues related to M&A, infrastructure projects, wealth and succession planning, and strategic real estate litigation. Mr. Baldissera worked in São Paulo on the same field for approximately seven years before joining the firm in its foundation. He has been recognized as a prominent real estate lawyer among prestigious guides such as The Legal 500 (2015-2020), Leaders League (2018 and 2019) and Análise 500 (2018 and 2019). Fábio is a Doctor of Laws by the Universidad de Burgos in Spain and a Specialist in Real Estate Law by FADISP.
