Professional experience

Max Fischer practices in the area of litigation and arbitration, representing clients in national and international disputes.

His practice involves several areas of law, with special emphasis in commercial and corporate litigation related to construction and infrastructure disputes, mergers and acquisitions, shareholder disputes, and investment transactions.

• Bachelor of Laws from the Mackenzie Presbyterian University – 2017;
• Post-graduate studies in Corporate Law at Fundação Getúlio Vargas – 2022.
