Professional experience

Patrícia Lyra has been practicing for over 20 years, representing clients in judicial litigation in Brasília, with special emphasis on the higher courts (Superior Court of Justice – STJ, Superior Labor Court – TST and the Supreme Federal Court – STF), having wide experience in handling appeals.

She also has solid experience in administrative litigation, practicing before consumer protection agencies, regulatory agencies, ministries, the Attorney General’s Office, and the National Congress (monitoring bills and provisional decrees), with special attention to the defense of clients in consumer law and energy matters.

 

Formation

• Non-degree student in the Master of Laws program in the University of Brasilia (UnB);
• Specialist’s Degree in Civil Procedural Law from the Institute of Cooperation and Technical Assistance of the Unified Teaching Association of the Federal District (ICAT/AEUDF) – 2005.
• Bachelor of Laws from Centro Universitário UNIEURO – 2003.
