■ Legal assistance to metallurgy industry company in the purchase of another company, which involved due diligence, negotiation of the quota sales and purchase agreement and the lease of a factory.
■ Representation of an energy company in the purchase of another company specialized in power generators. The firm performed the due diligence and assisted the client in the negotiation.
■ Representation of a food industry company during its sale process, including drafting of all documents pertaining to the seller, gathering the necessary documents for due diligence and the proceeding at CADE – Conselho Administrativo de Defesa Econômica (Administrative Council For Economic Defence).
