Professional experience

Brenda is a member of the Life Sciences & Healthcare team, with experience in both advisory and contentious matters within the healthcare sector. She advises clients on regulatory issues involving ANVISA and MAPA, supporting a range of stakeholders in regulated industries, including M&A transactions and due diligence processes, as well as contractual, administrative and judicial matters, always adopting a business-focused legal approach.
