Professional experience
Camilla Andrade has extensive experience in Labor Law, working in both individual labor law—focusing on labor lawsuits and the negotiation of extrajudicial agreements submitted to the Labor Courts—and collective labor law, including the negotiation of collective agreements related to benefits, work schedules, profit-sharing plans, and other topics.
She represents national and multinational companies before entities such as the Public Labor Prosecutor’s Office and the Ministry of Labor and Employment, playing an active role in the development of litigation strategies and the preparation of legal documents for judicial and administrative proceedings.
In the advisory field, she provides guidance to prevent labor liabilities by drafting legal opinions, reviewing internal policies and regulations, and advising national and multinational companies from various sectors on labor and social security matters.
