Professional experience

Giovana works in the area of conflict resolution, in the judicial and extrajudicial spheres, with an emphasis on civil and regulatory litigation, acting in complex demands related to private and public civil law.

 

Formação

• Bachelor’s degree in Legal and Social Sciences from UFRGS – 2024.
• Academic mobility of one academic semester at the Universidad de Valladolid, Spain (2023).

• Researcher in the New Evidentiary Law group (PUCRS)
• Researcher in the group Traditions, transformations and advanced perspectives of civil procedure (PUCSP)

• Member of the process team at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul – 2022, 2023 and 2024.
