Professional experience

Giovanni acts in the Corporate Area, having experience working on corporate restructuring and corporate transactions in general, including mergers, dissolutions and incorporations, with especial focus in conducting registration procedures with Boards of Trade and the Federal Revenue Service. He also has experience in M&A projects, especially in support of legal due diligence processes and drawing up sales and acquisitions of shares preliminary agreements and shareholders’ or members’ agreements.

LL.B. Bachelor of Laws from Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (2021).

Law that reduced the quorum for approval of certain matters in limited liability companies will come into effect on October 22nd, 2022

Law No. 14,451/2022, sanctioned on September 21st, 2022, introduced significant changes regarding the deliberation quorums for the election of non-shareholder managers, the amendment to the articles of association, corporate reorganization, and dissolution of limited liability companies.
