Luiza Alkaim is a specialist in Intellectual Property and Media & Entertainment, focusing on advisory, contractual, and administrative aspects of these fields.

She has extensive experience in analyzing and protecting trademark portfolios, representing clients in proceedings before the Brazilian Patent and Trademark Office (BPTO), and providing legal advice on matters involving trademarks, copyrights, contracts, advertising, marketing, software, and unfair competition.

Additionally, she has significant experience with advertising agencies, representing clients in reviewing advertising content, drafting service contracts and influencer agreements, and managing contract terminations and other related needs.
