Professional experience
Renato Stetner practices in Public Law & Regulatory, Infrastructure & Projects and Contracts. Mr. Stetner has worked in Privatization programs and in structuring Public-Private Partnerships and Infrastructure projects, and in analysis of government contracts and regulatory matters in general. Mr. Stetner has experience in the following sectors: power, highways, railroads, bus transportation, ports, airports, defense, radio and TV broadcasting, parks, convention and expo facilities, public markets, management centers, water & sanitation, waste management.
Mr. Stetner has experience both in the private sector and in government, having served in various roles in state and city governments, including Deputy Secretary of Justice for the City of São Paulo (2018/2020).
