An M&A recently steered by Souto Correa has been chosen by @TTR as Deal of the Month (August 2022) in Brazil. In this transaction, the office advised Oleoplan in the sale of assets from FASA — which is a local manufacturer of ingredients for animal feed and renewable fuels — to the North American Darling Ingredients.
