Professional experience

Agribusiness lawyer specialized in Barter, rural real estate, Timberland Investment, and agribusiness credit and funding. Ticiane has an MBA in Agribusiness from USP/Esalq, with specializations in Civil Law (from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie), and Capital Markets and Exchange (from FGV). The lawyer also actively participates in a working group at the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock (Mapa) to discuss the Amendments to MP 1104/2022, which amends the Agro Law and the CPR Law and is currently an invited member of the Credit Modernization Thematic Chamber (“ModerCred”).

She works as an advisor to the Agribusiness Credit Congress (Conacredi). Ticiane is also the coordinator of the Agribusiness and Sustainability Law Commission of the Brazilian Institute of Studies and Research in Political and Legal Sciences (Ipojur). In addition, she was nominated as an ambassador for the Women in Agribusiness Award (2022) and is the current juror of the award. Besides that, Ticiane is a guest professor at Fecap and Insper, a professor at the Graduate Program in Agribusiness Law at the Brazilian Academy of Agribusiness Law (Abrada), and professor of the MBA in “Agribusiness Law, Sustainability and Foreign Trade” at EPD – Escola Paulista de Direito.
