Professional experience

Bruno practices corporate and contract law, with a primary focus on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, contracts, and corporate restructurings. His responsibilities include coordinating and conducting due diligence processes, drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements and other transaction-related documents, as well as preparing corporate acts, investment agreements, joint venture agreements, shareholder agreements, and other related documents.
