Professional experience

Darwin Otto works in corporate law, with special emphasis on restructuring and insolvency.  

He provides legal counseling to clients from all sizes and sectors of the economy on complex restructuring and judicial reorganization procedures.

• Bachelor of Laws from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio Grande do Sul (PUC-RS) – 2021.
• Extension program in Judicial Reorganization of Companies and Bankruptcy at Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo – PUC-SP (2023)
