Professional experience

Jessica works in Intellectual Property, with a focus on the protection of distinctive signs, especially trademarks. Her practice is centered on handling administrative proceedings before the Brazilian National Institute of Industrial Property (INPI), as well as providing strategic consulting aimed at the protection, defense, and enhancement of Intellectual Property assets.

She advises clients from various sectors on trademark portfolio management, including feasibility analysis, filing of registration applications, and representation in administrative disputes, always focused on risk mitigation and alignment with business strategies.

She also has experience in advising on the registrability of pharmaceutical trade names before ANVISA, with an emphasis on analyzing applicable technical and regulatory criteria and supporting the development of strategies to make such names viable.
