Professional experience

Laura has experience in preparing real estate agreements, conducting real estate due diligences and performing all necessary acts to enable public records and/or annotations before Real Estate Registry Offices. Furthermore, she has experience in capital market operations and M&As, with emphasis on M&As related to the production of renewable energy in rural properties, involving the analysis of documents, preparation and presentation of risk assessments.
