Professional experience

Maria Eduarda practices in the field of Intellectual Property, focusing on trademark protection, unfair competition, copyright, and software, mainly in administrative proceedings before the Brazilian Patent and Trademark Office (INPI) and in extrajudicial measures, advising clients in Brazil and abroad.
