Mariana Vicentini Taylor is an intellectual property specialist and concentrates her practice in intellectual property contracts, trademarks, advertising, copyright and consultancy.
She works in the negotiation, review, drafting and registration of technology transfer agreements with the Brazilian Patent and Trademark Office (BPTO), and provides legal counseling clients from many industries in matters involving copyrights, advertising campaigns, contracts, franchising, promotions and sweepstakes, and possible disputes over intellectual property assets, trade names, and unfair competition.
