Represents domestic and foreign clients on local and cross-border tax matters, including planning for mergers and acquisitions, divestures, reorganizations and joint ventures, capital market and project finance transactions, as well as on specific tax matters involving the energy and oil and gas sector.

• Master’s degree (LL.M.) in Law from Queen Mary University of London.
