Professional experience

Guilherme Lopes concentrates his work in the fields of compliance and corporate criminal, counseling clients on a wide range of criminal, economic, and corporate governance-related concerns. He is expert in criminal and compliance risk assessment for operations and other matters linked to environmental, financial, and cybercrimes. 

 

Education

• Master’s  degree student in Law from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS), connected to the Center for European and German Studies, 2020/2022;
• Specialist in Environmental and Urban Planning Law at the Foundation and Superior School of the Public Ministry, 2020;
• Bachelor of Laws and Social Sciences from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS), 2018.
