Professional experience

Otavio has 16 years of experience in strategic judicial and administrative litigation, with a focus on high-complexity disputes. He represents companies from a wide range of industries in sophisticated and business-critical matters. Otavio holds a Law degree and a Master’s degree in Law from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS), as well as a Ph.D. in Civil Procedure from the University of São Paulo (USP). He also holds an LL.M. in International Business Regulation, Litigation and Arbitration from New York University (NYU) and is admitted to practice in New York.
