Professional experience

Álvaro counsels clients in antitrust advisory matters, such as reviewing agreements and business practices, structuring investments and mitigation measures in cases of antitrust investigations. He acts in the filing of several merger cases in a wide variety of industries, with experience in the automotive, infrastructure and sanitation, health care, chemicals, energy, and heavy industrial and agricultural machinery markets.

In addition, he has experience in the banking segment and provides counseling in securities transactions, including credit securitization, issuance of bonds and other securities, and investment fund regulation.
