Professional experience

Ana practices in the areas of Corporate advisory and M&A, advising on mergers, acquisitions, incorporations and demergers, focusing on due diligence processes, corporate reorganizations and on handling legal procedures before the Boards of Trade and the Federal Revenue Service. She also has experience in the Contracts area, including drafting and negotiating national and international corporate agreements.
