Professional experience

Augusto Bercht’s practice focuses primarily on administrative and judicial tax consultancy and litigation. 

He is expert in social security contributions, and he has experience reviewing occurrences affecting salaries, employee and executive compensation plans, and litigation regarding social security contributions. In addition, Augusto’s practice centers on tax constitutional law, and he has experience in consultancy and litigation pertaining to the constitutionality of taxes. 

Furthermore, Augusto also has experience in basic sanitation, especially regarding the tax aspects of the sector.

• Master’s degree student in Global Rule of Law and Constitutional Democracy at the University of Genoa (Italy), 2020 to present;
• Bachelor of Laws and Social Sciences from the Federal University of the state of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS), 2017;
