Professional experience
Danyella Marques specializes in conflict resolution, handling strategic civil litigation cases involving disputes with national and international companies.
She has experience conducting judicial and administrative requests involving digital law and data protection, and she also leads initiatives to adapt Companies to the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD), focusing on risk assessment, responsibilities, and opportunities.
Danyella’s practice also includes consumer law matters, primarily regarding tax executions and PROCON penalty annulment procedures.
