Professional experience

Erika is a lawyer focused on commercial contracts, both domestic and international, with extensive experience in legal consulting. Her work is distinguished in the sectors of construction and infrastructure projects, covering oil and gas industries, as well as various branches of the electricity sector, such as solar, wind, thermal, and hydroelectric energy.

In legal advisory, Erika is involved in legal, contractual, and corporate structuring, drafting and negotiating contracts, and project development. She has expertise in investment models and the structuring of commercial agreements, both national and international.

In contentious, Erika conducts complex arbitration proceedings at both national and international levels, with expertise in resolving commercial disputes, especially those related to construction contracts in general.

With a special focus on renewable energy ventures, Erika assists companies in navigating the legal complexities of sustainable and innovative projects.
