Evelyn works in the field of conflict resolution, focusing on strategic civil litigation involving disputes with national and international companies.
She has research and practical experience in private law, with an emphasis on civil law, particularly in the following areas: contract law, business law, insurance law, civil liability, and data protection.

• Founder of the Academic League of Civil Law (LADCivil), a project linked to the Faculty of Law at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul. The objectives of this project are to stimulate the study and research of private law at the undergraduate level, identify university talents for the job market, develop sociocultural exchange between higher education institutions through participation in national competitions, and contribute to the development of citizenship. In 2024, the LADCivil Competitor Team was the top medalist at the Legal Knowledge Olympiad, promoted by the Brazilian Academy of Civil Law.
