Fernanda’s experience focuses mainly in conflict resolution, with an emphasis on civil litigation and arbitration. Her experience encompasses highly complex disputes involving a wide range of civil and corporate law issues – with an emphasis on contract law – both in court and in relevant arbitration chambers, such as the ICC and CAM-CCBC.
