Isabela Camara
Professional experience
Isabela Camara has experience in litigation and consultancy, with a focus on navigating highly complex legal proceedings. Her practice is diverse, encompassing disputes in consumer, digital, public, contractual law, and civil liability.
Isabela handles both individual and collective actions at a national level, as well as in tax foreclosures and actions for annulment of Procon penalties. Her practice also encompasses the conduct of administrative cases, including civil enquiries, before consumer protection agencies (Procons, Public Prosecutors’ Offices and DPDC), including participation in hearings with representatives of public agencies.
Isabela also provides consultancy on data protection and digital law matters, enriched by her European perspective gained during her studies in the Netherlands.
