Professional experience

Experience in corporate governance matters, and in corporate reorganization and restructuring of companies and business groups; experience with various types of contracts, corporate and regulatory consultancy for asset managers, investment funds, fintechs, family offices and non-profit entities (pro-bono); and consultancy for foreign investment in Brazil and abroad. Experience in M&A transactions in general; advising, coordinating and implementing acts for closing and post-closing transactions.

 

Education

Graduated from Mackenzie Presbyterian University with a degree in law and from Catholic Pontifical University (PUCSP) with postgraduate in Constitutional Law, and also holds a postgraduate in Corporate Law from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV).
