Professional experience

Luiza Guindani is expert in contract law, focusing on data protection and startup-related matters.

She practices mainly in the consultancy area with corporate contracts, especially the ones involving technology, construction and infrastructure, energy and data protection.

Her experience has consolidated with two periods of legal secondment, both with major companies in the technology and innovation sector, in which she reviewed several types of contracts. Furthermore, her expertise focuses on corporate law, mostly in merger and acquisition projects of distributed energy generation projects.

She is a member of the multidisciplinary team of the firm’s Startup Hub.
