Professional experience
Luiza Guindani advises domestic and foreign clients across various industries on the development and structuring of projects, corporate transactions, and complex commercial agreements. She specializes in negotiating and drafting national and international commercial contracts, particularly in construction and infrastructure projects, oil and gas, energy, licensing, distribution, and supply agreements. She has expertise in venture capital transactions, assisting with startup investment rounds, joint venture agreements, and strategic partnerships. Her professional background includes two legal secondments at major technology and innovation companies, further solidifying her expertise in advising innovative businesses.
Worked as a foreign associate at McLaughlin & Stern, a New York-based law firm, where she focused primarily on financing transactions, consulting agreements, and joint venture agreements. She also advised clients on investments and acquisitions of residential and commercial real estate properties, as well as on their commercial activities in the United States.
Currently, she leads the firm’s multidisciplinary Startup Hub team.
