Professional experience
Senior lawyer in the environmental practice area of the firm, Mariana Níquel has wide experience in many topics involving environmental matters, including licensing, management of contaminated areas, solid waste and implementation of reverse logistics systems, environmental due diligence for mergers and acquisitions projects, capital markets and real estate transactions, risk assessment, claims in fines and environmental contingencies in general.
Her practice includes counseling national and international clients from many different sectors in consultancy matters and also representing companies in litigation.
