Professional experience

Martha focuses on corporate consultancy and M&A transactions, including sale and acquisition of shares, sale and acquisition of assets, joint ventures, stock option plans and corporate governance matters.

Besides having worked in reputable law firms, Martha has experience as in-house counsel for tech companies.
