Professional experience

Attorney graduated from FGV Law School in São Paulo (2019), with more than seven years of experience in Corporate Law. Matheus has a strong track record advising Brazilian and international clients on strategic legal matters, with a focus on front-end structuring, drafting, and negotiating complex commercial projects, particularly in the technology sector. His practice includes advising on complex technology implementation and service agreements (including SaaS SLAs and rollout projects), involving negotiations related to limitations and exclusions of liability, warranties, risk allocation and mitigation, insurance, and other key contractual issues.

He serves as the firm’s primary point of contact for technology-sector clients, providing a 360-degree service approach that combines multidisciplinary expertise with a strong business-oriented perspective. This enables him to deliver integrated legal solutions aligned with clients’ strategic objectives. He previously coordinated FGV/SP’s Tax Law Study Group and has additional training in data protection, contract design, corporate law, and intellectual property.
