Professional experience

Natália practices in corporate consultancy, where she advises clients on procedures before the Board of Trade, the Central Bank of Brazil and the Brazilian Federal Revenue Service. Her practice includes advising on a variety of corporate transactions, including M&A transactions, spin-offs, mergers, incorporation of foreign companies in Brazil and corporate restructuring in general.
