Professional experience

Natalia has over 15 years of expertise in the field of labor law, especially in the advisement of companies in labor litigation. She is skilled in corporate structuring for the reduction of labor liabilities and in management of labor litigation, including high complexity matters. She is experienced in cases involving high level executives of important companies and has extensive practical expertise in matters involving the Labor Prosecution Office, Ministry of Labor, and in the negotiation collective bargaining agreements.
