Professional experience

Corporate lawyer with more than 15 years of experience in capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, finance transactions and debt restructurings, with a strong track record in both domestic and cross-border matters.

Advised issuers, financial institutions and shareholders in complex transactions in Brazil and abroad, including IPOs, follow-on offerings, debt issuances, refinancings, acquisitions of assets and equity interests, as well as corporate restructuring projects. Spent more than six years practicing at an international law firm, advising on transactions involving the United States and Latin America.
