Professional experience

Thiago Borba practices in the legal and administrative fields of the firm’s collective and individual civil litigation claims, with special emphasis on civil law and agribusiness.

He is a member of the multidisciplinary team of the firm’s Startup Hub, offering counseling to clients on a wide range of matters involving disputes.

• MBA in Agribusiness from USP ESALQ (ongoing);
• Bachelor of Laws – Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS)- 2018.

• Member of the Souto Correa Advogados team in the 8th Edition of the Petrônio Muniz Brazilian Arbitration Moot Competition – 2017;
• Coach of the winning team representing the Souto Correa Advogados team in the 11th Edition of the Petrônio Muniz Brazilian Arbitration Moot Competition – 2020.
