Professional experience

Victória practices in the areas of Public Law and Dispute Resolution, both in administrative and judicial proceedings. Her practice covers several areas of law, with a particular focus on Corporate, Contract, Consumer, and Regulatory Law.

 

In judicial litigation, she is involved in the development of procedural strategies, case management, settlement negotiations, and the representation of clients in hearings and trials. She also advises and represents clients in disputes and strategic consulting matters related to the infrastructure and energy sectors, with an emphasis on the electric power, oil and gas industries.
