Professional experience

Cláudio Michelon possui vasta experiência no desenvolvimento e implementação de estratégias para a defesa de interesses dos clientes em litígios de alta complexidade, nos âmbitos judicial e arbitral. 

Nos últimos anos tem atuado primariamente na elaboração de pareceres utilizados por clientes para em litígios judiciais e arbitrais, tanto no Brasil quanto no exterior.  

 

Formação

• PhD in Law pela Edinburgh University (Reino Unido) – 2001;
• Mestre em Direito pela Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS) – 1996;
• Bacharel em Ciências Jurídicas e Sociais pela UFRGS – 1993.
