Lawyer with experience in the areas of corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets and contracts, including acquisitions and sale of equity interests, incorporation of joint ventures, private equity transactions, public offerings and advising Brazilian and foreign clients on corporate matters and regulatory matters involving the Comissão de Valores Mobiliários (CVM) and the B3.
