Professional experience

Anna Vitória practices in advisory Business Law, with experience in Corporate Law, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), capital markets, and infrastructure and energy investments, especially in photovoltaic power generation projects.

Her practice includes legal and strategic advice on M&A transactions, the drafting and negotiation of business contracts, and the conduct and coordination of due diligence processes.
