Professional experience
Beatriz Martines is an expert in Labor Law, focusing in individual and collective labor law-related business counseling. She works in the areas of consultancy and litigation, handling legal and administrative actions, formulating strategies, and drafting pleadings.
She also counsels in the prevention of labor liabilities, responds to legal inquiries, prepares legal opinions, and defends the interests of national and international corporations from many different industries, such as oil and gas, pharmaceutical, and commerce and services.
She practices in the areas of environmental, social, and governance (ESG) and data protection, with a particular emphasis on labor matters but also on other topics involving these practices, such as advice on corporate governance issues and compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
