Professional experience

Beatriz specializes in complex litigation and represents clients across several industries, such as hospitality, technology, entertainment, human and
animal health, and construction.

Working on complex cases, Beatriz handles contractual breach and pre-litigation issues.

Beatriz has substantial experience in representing clients in environmental and consumer class-action lawsuits. Beatriz has solid expertise in product
liability litigation, having argued before Lower Courts, State Courts, and Superior Courts.

Beatriz has a solid practice in domestic and international infrastructure, corporate, and commercial arbitration disputes. She has administrative and
regulatory law expertise, advising clients throughout every public bidding stage.
