Professional experience

Mr. Davoli’s practice focuses on Brazilian corporate finance work, which includes capital markets, financing transactions, project finance, restructuring, as well as disclosure and reporting issues.

With nearly 15 years of experience, Mr. Davoli advises Brazilian and foreign clients across a broad range of industries, including energy, financial services and pharmaceutical, in a variety of domestic and cross-border transactions, such as syndicated loans, financings and refinancings, project finance, debt restructurings, regulations relating to publicly traded companies and financial institutions, IPOs, tender offers, public offerings and private placements of debt instruments (including debentures, commercial papers and notes), structured assets such as real estate receivables certificates (CRIs) and agribusiness receivables certificates (CRAs), and other structured finance transactions.

In the corporate law area, his practice mainly involves advising on corporate legislation and regulation, divestitures, acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, spin-offs and mergers involving publicly traded and private companies, private equity funds and large financial institutions.

Mr. Davoli has international experience at Freshfields, in Frankfurt am Main, Germany (2019-2020).
