Professional experience

Eden Ferreira has solid experience in the fields of regulation and basic sanitation, with a particular emphasis on structuring and managing concessions and public-private partnerships (PPPs).  

His prior experience includes coordinating multidisciplinary teams focused on contract management and new business development, strategic planning, implementation of technologies for provision management, management of legal proceedings, and organization of in-house counsel in the legal department of an industry-leading environmental and sanitation company.

• LL.M. Master of Laws in Corporate and Business Law from Universidade do Vale do Rio dos Sinos (UNISINOS) – 2021;
• Post-graduate Diploma in Tax Law (UCS/ESMAFE) – 2018;
• Management of Legal, Administration and Business Departments from (INSPER) – 2018;
• Bachelor of Laws from the State University of Ponta Grossa (UEPG) – 2009.

• Member of the Special Committee on Infrastructure, Public-Private Partnerships, Concessions, Tenders and Privatization of the OAB/RS (Brazilian Bar Association).
