Professional experience

Giulia Panhóca has experience in corporate law, with practice in corporate, contractual, and intellectual property matters, in addition to a solid background in strategic litigation. She has worked at major law firms, advising national and international clients in complex disputes involving civil liability, consumer law, real estate, and corporate law, as well as in due diligence and merger and acquisition transactions.

During her LL.M. at Queen Mary University of London, she worked at the university’s legal clinic, providing legal support to startups and entrepreneurs in contractual, intellectual property, and data protection matters, and developing materials aimed at translating complex legal concepts into accessible language.
