Professional experience

Isabelle Ferrarini Bueno is specialized in M&A, with experience in complex corporate transactions, including acquisitions, joint ventures, reorganizations, and corporate dissolutions. Isabelle also works on project structuring, as well as representing clients in judicial and arbitral disputes involving corporate and contractual matters. Her experience is focused on the energy and infrastructure sectors. She has international experience as an international associate at the U.S. law firm Winston & Strawn LLP, in the areas of M&A, Private Equity, and Project Finance.
